Enquiry and quotation
If you are interested in one of our scheduled safaris or would like us to send you a custom proposal for a photographic safari, please email us at safaris@paulkirui-photography.com, You can also use the Contact Form on this website.
We will then revert to you with availability and a quotation. We will also answer any questions you may have and, if needed, make further suggestions and recommendations based on your interests and requirements.
Finalizing tour plan
Once you are happy with our quotation (including itinerary and costs), email us your request to proceed with a provisional booking in order to secure all the necessary accommodation, transport and other services that have been offered.Shortly after receiving your request, we will send you the following documents:
- Booking Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer and contain a Booking Form to be completed and signed.
- Invoice for payment of the deposit: 30% of the total safari price per person is normally required to secure your booking. Payment must be made by direct wire transfer or credit card payment. You will take care of any bank charges for these services
- Itinerary: it contains the official itinerary and specifies the items included in and excluded from the safari price.
Final payment
The balance of the Safari price is due not later than 60 (sixty) days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated in the invoice. If the booking is made within 60 (sixty) days of departure, then full payment of the Safari price is required. Payments must be made by direct wire transfer.
If you are interested in one of our scheduled safaris, we recommend to book as early as possible as spaces are limited and sell out quickly.
